David has more than 30 years experience in commercial construction and real estate development. As founder of Village Centre Properties, David has been instrumental in helping the firm clarify and transform new ideas for projects into reality. His experience includes projects ranging from hotels, university dormitories, tech and television studios as well as historic redevelopment. David has a specialty in the incentive-based development opportunities of the National Historic Tax Credit program, the Pennsylvania Redevelopment Capital Assistance program as well as Opportunity Zones. All of these programs if and when used bring significant tax advantages to our investor / partners.

Jared serves as the Director in charge of forging and fostering relationships with Village Centre Properties community stakeholders and investors, as well as uncovering new project opportunities for the firm. Jared brings 30-plus years of relationship development and management experience to Village Centre Properties, including 22 years as the owner, operator and President of a national distribution business. A seasoned operations expert and past founding officer of the Sellersville borough Revitalization Committee, Jared sold his company in 2022 to focus his energy and passion on the real estate development business.

Cynthia has over 35 years of experience in the real estate and land development industry as an investor, developer and professional civil engineer. In addition to Village Centre Properties, Cynthia is President, CEO and a founding partner in a civil engineering and land surveying firm. Over her career, she has managed the engineering and approvals process for real estate development projects large and small. She has a keen awareness of how to overcome the challenges and hurdles of bringing projects to completion. Her specialty is managing the engineering process, presentations to public and municipal boards and often provides expert testimony in the areas of land use, storm water management and site design.

Trevor has over 35 years of experience in the real estate and land development industry as an investor, developer and professional civil engineer. Prior to starting a civil engineering and surveying firm with his wife Cynthia, he spent five years in the engineering division of an international pharmaceutical company developing real estate projects for product manufacturing. Over his career, he has managed projects ranging from small business expansions, construction of ground up commercial and industrial facilities as well as the management and design of large-scale residential developments. Trevor's involvement with Village Centre Properties begins with the site selection, continues through acquisition and conceptual planning and doesn't end until the established goal of the project.
