The restoration and renovation of the Village Centre Properties building at 35 Maple Avenue in Sellersville, transformed a legacy industrial building into the modern residential community known as Maple Lofts. Preservation of key architectural elements that reflect the property's historic character such as hardwood flooring, expansive windows, and high ceilings were carefully restored and incorporated into the design, to create energy-efficient, high tech, modern living spaces. Located in the heart of Sellersville across from the historic Sellersville Theater, the redevelopment contributes to the borough's ongoing revitalization by preserving an important piece of the community's built heritage and creating attractive housing that supports economic growth and downtown activity. The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Buildings.
